On Valentine’s day, a rather special gift for that important someone in your life can be found on sale at Point Zero, at Jafflong in the far north east of Bangladesh.
Where the winter snow melt, and monsoon rains wash huge numbers of river rounded of boulders from Assamese hills across the border into largely rockless Bangladesh, the stone mason’s craft has been dedicated to creating what is, surely, the largest ‘rock’ anyone could give as a lasting reminder of eternal love.
